J. Caroline Legal Nurse Consultants, LLC was created out of Kimberly's love of nursing, quality assurance and case review.  She has been a Registered Nurse for 23 years, graduating from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL in 1999.  For 11 years, she cared for patients at the bedside on a Medical-Surgical and Orthopedic unit.  She then spent 1 brief year in Labor and Delivery before returning to the Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic and Pediatric Nursing for 4 years as and Team Leader and then 7 years as the Nursing Operations Leader, for 3 inpatient units, managing 100+ staff members.  Her desire to establish her consulting business led her to leave her leadership role and accept her current position as a School Nurse, in the local school district.  Kimberly consults with other certified legal nurse consultants and experts who help to support her business in various capacities.

Kimberly Williams is a wife, mama, foster mama, and business owner x 2.  She resides in a small rural town, in which she grew up, with her husband, 5 children and dog, Willow.  She and her family enjoy sports, being outdoors and vacationing on Anna Maria Island, FL.
